MXC stands for Most Extreme Elimination Challenge, a spoof that ran on Spike TV from 2003 to 2007.
MXC's creators took footage from a Japanese game show, Takashi's Castle, and looped a new, English soundtrack over the action.
The show appeals to that lowest common denominator - sexual innuendo, fart jokes and people falling off stuff.
