Video Friday (The Gaslight Anthem)

I'm pretty sure it is un-American to dislike The Boss, Bruce Springsteen.
In fact, I think it's part of the Patriot Act (but don't quote me on that).
And lest you think that Springsteen can't reach out to other genre's, influence other sections of the musical tree, he can.
Even punk.
Take the New Brunswick, N.J. band, The Gaslight Anthem. You can hear the influence, but you also hear the punk. The anger and the energy.
And, like The Boss, you'll find the music accessible. The band released "Sink or Swim" last year to great reviews, and followed that up recently with the EP, "Senor and the Queen." Both are available for purchase, right now, on iTunes.
